By submitting an 18+ commission from me, you're agreeing that you're 18 years of age or older and you agree to my TOS.

Colored sketches: ALL colored sketches will be wing-it style and you MUST provide a character reference.
•Basically, you provide me with your character refs, and any images and descriptions that may pertain
to what you want. Then I will complete the drawing WITHOUT a WIP preview for you. It is very important to convey all details, poses, facial expressions etc to me CLEARLY the first time, because NO edits will be made unless it is my error. If you request edits, a fee may occur depending on complexity of the change you are asking for.

•All works created are for PERSONAL USE only; If you are looking to commission to put on business cards, shirts, etc, PLEASE INFORM ME, I have special contracts for that, and files need to be set up for appropriate resolution.
•Please, if you want to re-post something that wasn't commissioned by you, ASK ME FIRST. Then also credit back to me an original work, please.

Deadlines and Refunds
•If your commission needs to be completed by a certain date, please let me know upon sending me your information. Rush orders, depending on time allotted, may incur an extra fee.
•Turnaround depends on the status of my queue at the time and things happening in real life (conventions etc), but generally is within 30 days, sometimes less than that. Estimated times may vary depending on commission type; if you'd like an estimate, just ask!- If a commission is cancelled by the commissioner, they will receive the work done so far + a reduced refund based on how much has been completed.
•Artwork is non-refundable once complete; if you are for any reason dissatisfied with the finished piece, please let me know and we can work something out!

Payment:
•Payment is due up-front before any work has begun. PAYPAL or SQUARE ONLY as these services protect both myself and the client.

•I will give send you an invoice after discussing your commission and giving you a final quote.
•Sketch will be shown and changes may be requested then. Once complete, colors may be altered, but no changes to pose will be made or an additional fee may incur.
•All customers must be at least 18 years of age before sending any payments.
•If your art/item requires shipping, I WILL ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESS ON PAYPAL. No exceptions.
•I will gladly send WIP shots (at the sketch stage and line art stage) if requested. If not specifically stated by the commissioner that they would like progress shots, then I will just work straight through it!
•I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
•Similarly, I reserve the right to cancel a commission (with refund, as listed above) at any time due to harassment, improper conduct or poor communication. This applies to "private stream"-type commissions as well.

•Tips are always appreciated but never required. I accepts tips through Ko-fi, Paypal, Dunkin Digital Gift Cards and Amazon Gift cards. Please, do not think of a tip as an obligation for me to draw more work; if you are sending a tip for this reason, please do not send a tip.

References
Characters MUST have a reference for me to draw it in an illustration or an additional fee will incur.
I WILL NOT ACCEPT SECOND LIFE IMAGES FOR REFERENCES! Colorations differ dramatically in the screenshots and what environments the character is in. I will only use SL images if you are creating a reference sheet.

Image Use:
You May:
•Upload it to your account on various websites, as long as I am credited and you are not claiming the artwork as your own.
•Print it out for personal and non-profit use.
•Crop part of your commissioned image for use as an icon.

You May Not:
•Recolor, trace, crop or otherwise create a derivative of my artwork (without my permission)
•Claim the art as your own.
•Sell it or make profit from it in any way.
•Remove my signature.
•Have another artist or yourself edit it (without my permission)

What I'm Not Very Good At, But Will Still Draw
- Highly detailed backgrounds/scenery/mechanics/buildings

What I Will NOT Draw
•Scat-related fetishes or wet/dirty diaper art
•Crushing
•Non-consensual situations with another person/'s OC without their express permission. No exceptions.
•Child or "Cub" characters in any adult situations.
•Self-inflicted harm (ex, cutting, hanging ones self, drug use etc)
•Micro characters being chewed, digested, or in other situations in which that character is being hurt or in distress.
•Anything against or negatively towards ANY religion, race, sexual orientation or belief (ex. burning crosses, KKK etc.)

•If you come up with a scene or content that I am not comfortable drawing, I have the right to decline any commission request.
•I WILL NOT DRAW CHARACTERS WITHOUT CONSENT OF ORIGINAL OWNERS. PERIOD. I need an email or note from that owner if you are buying art with their character. No exceptions.

Farra, My Character
I am happy and humbled to draw your characters featured with mine, however, my main character Farra is OFF LIMITS to anything sexual or romantic. No vore and nothing else as outlined by my TOS. No discounts apply because it is my character with yours etc. Same amount of work.
